For the past two years, Christopher has been a member of WYCK Gardens. WYCK, a colonial-era home, contains the oldest rose garden in America still in the original plan.
This Germantown Avenue landmark has close ties to Temple-Ambler University, as Ambler's founder, Jane Bowne Haines was a member of the WYCK family and often visited WYCK.
WYCK's trademark fence dates back to the 1840s and is currently under renovation. The stone base and capstone are being restored and the fence will be entirely replaced by spring of 2016.
